Half Way!
You're probably wondering about the Christmas blog and pictures-- they're coming. I've transfered the pics from the Nikon to a file on my computer [in order: Pictures, 2010, December, Christmas Day-- yes, i'm that OCD about organization and being able to easily locate my pictures. If only I were that organized in other areas of life.] Truth is, I took sooo many pictures [357 to be exact] that it will take me AWHILE to decide which ones are worthy of posting. Plus there's rotating, cropping, adjusting, etc. to be done. Until I decide to take on such a time consuming task, I'll continue to update you on other parts of life that don't require so much work! Actually, my body is working quite hard these days. I'm half way through pregnancy! I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT. And so you know, I refuse to step on the scales. For awhile, I pulled them off the shelf EVERYDAY. It gave me some sort of satisfaction to see the same number day after day. Then, it started to increase. And I stopped going to the laundry room every morning (yes, that's where our scales are-- bathroom is too small-- even for scales). Until I'm brave enough to care again, they'll collect dust. IF (and I say IF) this is my last pregnancy, I'm going to enjoy it. Every second of indulging in delicious food :) Because when it's over, it's OVER. No more late night snacks, weird cravings, eating 4-5 meals a day, etc. Speaking of food, this pregnancy is soo much different than my first. With Hallie, I hardly ate. I was so picky. No seafood. No fried food. No meat. Now, however, I'll eat anything and everything. Austin is a much happier husband this pregnancy. He likes that I'll eat and suggest food now. Usually my suggestion is CHINESE OR JAPANESE! There is a Chinese place called Mama's Takeout that is on Austin's way home from work. And we've ordered a few times lately. And Shogun is my all time FAVORITE. I'm sure that I could eat it everyday. Anyway, my little man is growing at a fast pace. This week he's 10 inches long and weighs about 10 ounces. He doesn't move as much as Hallie did at 20 weeks. She would poke and punch. When he does move, he flips and rolls. A completely different feeling than what I remember with Hallie. And as for names, we've started discussing again. We may've reached a mutual decision but I won't release it until it's definite! :)
