It's been awhile since I've posted to Hallie's blog. So here's the update: We're finally adjusting to our new routine. I'm student teaching at ECUE, so Hallie is in daycare. She loves it and has really great CHRISTIAN teachers. We couldn't be happier! God definately answered our prayers. Daddy takes Hallie to school every morning, and Mommy picks her up. At school, Hallie has an older friend named Emily. They love each other! And even have the same "diva" diaper bag! :)
As for Hallie: she's rolling over (from tummy to back), batting at toys, making noises (ahhhhhhh...), and laughing out loud.
She's sleeping at least 10 hours at night now, and in bed by 8:30 most nights. She still sleeps in her bassinet in mommy and daddy's room.
Hallie has taken over our living room! She has several new toys! She loves her bumbo. It helps her sit up. So, she usually sits in it while mommy cooks and cleans the kitchen. At school, Hallie has a jumperoo. Daddy plans to purchase one of those this week for home. Another toy to add to the collection! And Daddy said, "Our daughter won't play with toys! She'll read books!" MMM, HMM! Well, she does have quite a book collection. Thanks to her mommy. Her favorite right now is God Gave Us You. Her teacher (Ms. Gina) told me that she laughs and smiles after each page!
My baby is almost 4 months old now! Time flys...
