First Doctors Appointment

On Sunday, May 9th (Mothers Day), Hallie had her first doctors appointment. She weighed 6lbs 14oz, the same as her discharge weight from the hospital. Most babies loose 10% of their birthweight, but she has only lost a few ounces. So, this means she is well fed! They checked her bilirubin level for jaundice and it was 17. They gave us a "glow light" that she must stay on for 24 hours. They will check her level again tomorrow morning.
